Overview

Wall Systems Co. (“Wall Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides drywall, finishing, and interior painting services primarily in New Castle County, Delaware. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website (wallsystemsco.com), request a quote, communicate with us, or receive texts or emails related to estimates and jobs.

If you have privacy questions, contact us at privacy@wallsystemsco.com or through the contact form on our website.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact details: name, company name, email address, phone number (including mobile), and mailing or job-site address
  • Project / estimate details: descriptions of work, photos you upload or we take on site, measurements, scope preferences, and related notes from our estimator or CRM
  • Communications: messages you send us (web form, email, SMS, chat) and records of SMS consent (written checkbox or staff-attested verbal consent, with timestamp and staff identity when applicable)
  • Technical data: limited website/analytics information such as browser type, device type, IP-derived approximate location (for service-area messaging), and pages visited

2. How we use information

We use this information to:

  • Respond to quote requests and schedule walkthroughs or appointments
  • Prepare and send estimates / proposals (including links by email or SMS when you have opted in)
  • Plan, perform, and follow up on contracted work (including job-status updates such as crew en route, when that feature is used and you have consented to SMS)
  • Operate and improve our website and business systems
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

3. SMS / text messaging

If you provide a mobile number and consent to text messages (via a written checkbox in our forms/CRM, or verbal consent recorded by our staff on site), Wall Systems Co. may send you periodic transactional texts related to:

  • Your estimate or proposal
  • Appointments and scheduling
  • Job updates (for example, crew status or related service notices)

Message frequency varies based on your project activity (typically related to estimate delivery and job updates; volume is low and tied to real events, not marketing blasts). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt out. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-out and help

You can get help by replying HELP to any of our texts, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After STOP, we will not send further program texts to that number until you re-consent (for example by replying START where supported, or providing new written consent).

Phone numbers collected for our SMS program are used to deliver our own service-related messages and to operate our business systems (for example, our CRM and messaging providers acting on our behalf).

4. Email

When you provide an email address, we may send proposal links, follow-ups, invoices, and other service-related email. You can unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails where offered; transactional emails about an active estimate or job may still be necessary to perform the service you requested.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who process data for us (hosting, CRM/ops software, email delivery such as SendGrid, SMS delivery such as Twilio, payment processors, analytics) under agreements that limit their use of your data
  • Professionals such as insurers or counsel when reasonably necessary
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety

No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile numbers with third parties for those parties’ own marketing.

6. How we store and protect information

Information is stored in systems we operate or that our vendors operate on our behalf (for example, databases and cloud hosting). We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small business. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Retention generally lasts as long as needed for the project relationship, legitimate business records (estimates, contracts, invoices), consent/opt-out records for messaging compliance, and legal requirements.

7. Your choices

  • Update or correct contact details by contacting us
  • Opt out of SMS with STOP; request help with HELP
  • Request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep)

8. Children

Our services are directed to adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of our site or services after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
